A true service and installation role. No sales quotas, no pressure to upsell — your job is to repair, install, and maintain doors the right way.

$36–$42/hour

Equivalent to $75,000–$80,000/year, with exact pay based on your depth of experience.

Your own company truck

You'll be assigned a company truck to drive home every day. We also provide all essential day-to-day consumables.

Consistent schedule

Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Enjoy your evenings and weekends — no on-call chaos.

PTO & paid holidays

Paid time off after one year of continuous employment, plus standard paid holidays. Health, dental & vision planned as we grow.

Experienced Commercial & Residential Overhead Door Technician

📍 East Valley / East Phoenix, AZ 🕒 Full-time · Mon–Fri · 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM 💵 $36–$42/hr ($75k–$80k/yr) 🛠️ 8+ years experience

Established in 2015, Level Up Garage Door is a growing, tight-knit team dedicated to quality workmanship and reliable service. We're a streamlined crew of four — two field technicians, a manager, and a dispatcher — and we're looking for a skilled, reliable Overhead Door Technician with at least 8 years of experience to help us grow. This is a true service and installation role, not a sales position. No quotas, no high-pressure upselling — just honest recommendations and doing the job right the first time.

Key responsibilities

Install complete residential & commercial sectional overhead door systems, tracks, springs, and motor operators — start to finish
Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair mechanical & electrical issues on a wide variety of doors and motors
Work efficiently with all sectional overhead door applications — balanced, safe, and aligned to industry standards
Conduct routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance
Communicate clearly with homeowners, business owners, and property managers
Keep your assigned company truck clean, organized, and stocked

Requirements & standards

Minimum 8 years hands-on experience in the commercial & residential overhead door industry
Highly proficient in all sectional overhead door applications and motor install/service
Excellent punctuality — ready to start at exactly 6:30 AM
Own and maintain ~95% of the personal hand and power tools required
High integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic; clean, professional appearance
Tobacco-free on job sites and in company vehicles
Must reside in the East Valley / East Phoenix (Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, or San Tan Valley preferred)
Valid driver's license & clean driving record; able to lift heavy objects, work on ladders, and work in the AZ heat

What we offer

$36.00–$42.00/hour ($75k–$80k/year), based on experience
